Psalm 28:7

What do you do when the road ahead feels too big for you?

Joshua stood at the edge of a new chapter in his life and Israel’s history. Moses was gone. The Promised Land lay ahead, but so did battles and unknowns. God didn’t give Joshua a map or guarantees of ease. He gave him a command: “Be strong and courageous.” Why? Because God would go with him. That promise made all the difference.

We all face seasons of uncertainty—a new job, a hard diagnosis, a leap of faith. Like Joshua, we don’t have to feel brave to act courageously. We need to trust that God is with us. His presence, not our ability, gives us strength. When we remember He is our shield and guide, we can step forward—even if our knees shake. Today, trust Him with the next step. He won’t leave your side.
