Psalm 147:3
Have you ever felt too broken to be used by God? David did too. After fleeing for his life, he found himself hiding in a cave—alone, hunted, and uncertain. But God wasn’t finished with him. Soon, others began to arrive: the distressed, the indebted, and the discontented. These weren’t warriors or kings—they were outcasts. And yet, they became the foundation of David’s future kingdom. God doesn’t wait for us to have it all together. He meets us in our caves—those dark places of fear, failure, or rejection—and builds something beautiful right there. Your wounds, regrets, and weakness don’t disqualify you; they’re the very places God wants to heal and transform. Like David, you may not feel like a leader, but with God, your story is far from over. Let Him gather your broken pieces and make something new.
