Matthew 6:33
How do we choose when the path ahead is unclear? Abram and Lot found themselves at a crossroads, with limited resources and growing tension. Abram graciously allowed Lot to choose first, trusting God’s provision for his own future. Lot chose based on what seemed best in the moment, while Abram chose faith in God’s promises over immediate comfort. This story reminds us that when we seek God first, as Matthew 6:33 tells us, everything else falls into place. Abram's choice to trust God, rather than grasp for the best land, shows us that our security doesn’t come from what we see, but from the One who leads us. Today, will you trust God to direct your path, even when the outcome is uncertain?
