Num 22 & 23:1-6
Have you ever been so set on your own plans that you missed what God was trying to show you? Balaam was determined to follow his desires, even when they went against God’s will. But God loved him enough to stop him in his tracks—using an unlikely messenger, a talking donkey, to open his eyes. Sometimes, we’re so focused on what we want that we ignore God’s warnings. He may use unexpected moments or people to grab our attention and guide us back to His way. Will we listen? Trusting God means letting go of our limited understanding and embracing His wisdom, even when it surprises us.
